This loan addresses the needs of micro and small scale businesses, particularly in the rural and sub-urban areas. The product serves the needs of petty traders, especially women, who are engaged in fast-moving, income generating activities and need to expand their micro and small businesses.
This loan requires the women to be in groups of between 5 - 25 members, and must cross-guarantee themselves.
The loan amount ranges from: N30,000 to N200,000 at 4% flat interest rate monthly subject to a maximum of 20 weeks, and 1 week moratorium.
